41-year-old Oscar winner walked out in a gorgeous Dior red minidress, which she paired with a matching floral headpiece.
The look was completed by a bold red lip and matching, strappy heels.
Benjamin Millepied, Portman's husband, was also present on the red carpet. He wore a monochromatic dark outfit.
She also took photos with her Thor: Love and Thunder co-stars, Tessa Thompson and Pom Kleinmentieff.
Chris Hemsworth, the actor reprising the title role of Thor in London, was unable to attend the London premiere.
During the press tour earlier in the week, Portman wore a different Dior look.
Jackie shared an Instagram picture on Tuesday showing her wearing a black-and yellow plaid jacket and matching skirt from the brand.
It was reminiscent of Clueless, a popular '90s movie.
