- Birth Certificate
- Marksheet of Class 10 or 8 or 5 (with DOB)
- Indian Passport

Step-1:- Visit the official portal by clicking the above link, you see the voter portal in the dark blue color Click that or Click the Register as a New Elector/ Voter in the Right Side Bard
STEP-2:- To Start the Registration Process you have verified the Mobile Number Through OTP
- Enter Mobile Number and Fill Captcha Value and Click Send OTP
- You get a One time Password through SMS
- Enter the OTP
- Select I DONT HAVE EPIC NUMBER
- Enter Email ID
- Enter A Desired Password you Link and safe
- Confirm the Password and go to the Next page by Click Register
The portal asks you what do you want to do Fresh Registration or Migration process?
Click the Fresh Inclusion / Enrollment Button in the Top go to next page
STEP-3: – Choose the Citizenship and select the State
STEP-4:- Fill the Postal Address
- Select State and District using the drop downmenu
- Fill the HOUSE number
- Fill Street/Area/Locality Details
- Enter TOWN/Village Name
- Post Office
- Enter Pin Code Correctly and fill the date and go for the next page
Upload the Scanned Document for Address Proof,

STEP-5:- FILL Personal Details and Age Proof
- Enter Your Date of Birth
- Town/Village Name
- State and District
Upload Any one of the Documents for Address Proof

STEP-6 Select Constituency and Fill Personal Details
Select your Parliamentary/Assembly Constituency
Fill The Personal Details
- Enter Name in English and Tamil Separateley in the given fields
- Select Gender
Enter your Father/Mother/Husband Details
- First Select the Relationship
- Name of the Related Person
- Enter Surname or anything that person have
STEP-7 PH Details (Optional)
- If the Voter is Differently abled person fill the page
- Select the Disability Type
- Enter Contact Details and go or the Submition Page
STEP-8 Preview and Final Submit
- Please verify the registration form before submit
- CLick Submit Button to preview the form
